Agreement
By accessing our website or placing an order with TheDoubleCuffs, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

Products
All products are handcrafted and may have minor variations in embroidery placement, colour tone, or texture. These are characteristics of handmade work and are not considered defects.
Product images are for representation purposes. Slight colour variation may occur due to screen display settings.

Orders & Payment
- Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment or agreed deposit
- For bespoke orders, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required before production begins
- Remaining balance is due before dispatch

Production & Delivery
- Ready-to-ship items: dispatched within 2–3 business days
- Bespoke / custom orders: 3–4 weeks from confirmed measurements
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays

Cancellations
Important: Deposit on bespoke orders is non-refundable under all circumstances.
- Ready-to-ship orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement
- Bespoke orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun

Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including product photos, brand name, logo, and copy — is the property of TheDoubleCuffs. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability
TheDoubleCuffs is not liable for:
- Delays caused by courier services
- Damage caused by improper care of the garment
- Indirect or consequential losses of any kind

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Lahore, Punjab.
