Ready-to-Ship Items

Ready-to-ship items with a manufacturing defect will be addressed immediately. Any damage caused during logistics is not the responsibility of Double Cuffs.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused and unworn
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Clear photos of the defect must be shared via WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery

Bespoke & Custom Orders

All bespoke and made-to-measure orders are non-refundable once production has begun. This includes orders where measurements have been confirmed and fabric has been cut.

If there is a fitting issue, Double Cuffs will make amendments until the customer is completely satisfied.

Size Exchanges

We do not accept size exchanges on ready-to-ship items unless the item delivered does not match the size ordered.

Please refer to our Size Guide carefully before placing your order.

How to Initiate a Return

WhatsApp us with the following:

  1. Your order number
  2. Clear photos of the issue
  3. Your preferred resolution — exchange or refund

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

Cash on delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Worn or washed items
  • Items without original packaging
  • Custom or bespoke orders after production begins
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items damaged due to improper care
